The recommended retail price of the new crossover in the Russian Federation is 5,289,900 rubles. It is equipped with a hybrid system with a combined output of 238 hp.
Deepal, a sub-brand owned by the Chinese company Changan, officially entered the Russian market in 2026. The second model after the SUV with the index G318 is the Deepal S07 crossover. The local office of the brand announced the new model at the end of June 2026, shortly after revealing details about its equipment, and has now published the price of the crossover and announced the start of sales in the Russian Federation.
In its home market, this crossover is sold under the name Deepal S7 (as well as Shenlan S7), and its premiere in China took place back in the spring of 2023. The model is now also presented in Europe, although there it is offered only with a fully electric powertrain. In Russia, the Deepal S07 arrived with a hybrid system, which includes a 1.5-liter gasoline engine that is not mechanically connected to the wheels and acts as a generator for a traction battery with a capacity of 31.73 kWh.
The combined system output is 238 hp, with a maximum torque of 320 Nm. This hybrid crossover accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds. Fuel consumption in the combined cycle is 5.7 liters per 100 km, and fast charging from 30% to 80% takes 30 minutes. When driving purely on electric power, the Deepal S07 has a range of 174 km, and the total range (with a full fuel tank and charged battery) is 992 km.
The exterior of the crossover was created at the company's European design center in Turin (Italy) under the direction of Bertrand Bach. The model features slanting LED headlights with animation, retractable door handles, 20-inch two-tone alloy wheels, frameless doors, a panoramic roof with an area of 1.9 square meters with an electric sunshade, double-layer front side windows, and a power tailgate with remote opening function.
The Deepal S07 is based on the EPA1 modular platform. The overall length of the crossover intended for the Russian market is 4750 mm, width is 1930 mm, height is 1625 mm, and the wheelbase is 2900 mm. The drag coefficient is 0.258, ground clearance is 165 mm, trunk volume is 445 liters, and cargo space can be increased to 1385 liters with the second row of seats folded down.
The equipment list for the Changan crossover includes: driver and front passenger airbags, front side airbags, side curtain airbags, front and rear parking sensors, a power distribution function (power – 3.3 kW, V2L), a rear cross-traffic assist with braking function, cruise control, traffic jam assist and lane change assist, blind spot monitoring, and a 540° surround-view camera system. The "winter package" includes anti-corrosion body treatment, heated windshield washer nozzles, heated exterior mirrors, heated seats for all rows, and a heated steering wheel.
On the front panel is a rotating 15.6-inch Sunflower touchscreen display, while the infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as gesture control. The traditional instrument cluster is replaced by an augmented reality head-up display. The model also features a wireless smartphone charging pad with cooling function (power – 40 W) and a Sony audio system with 14 speakers.
The Deepal S07 features interior trim with perforated eco-leather and contrast stitching, front seats with power adjustments and ventilation, ambient lighting, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a center armrest with cupholders for second-row passengers, individual reading lights, and a climate control display for the rear passengers.
The warranty for the Deepal S07 is 5 years or 150,000 km, and for the battery, it is 8 years or 160,000 km. The recommended retail price of the new crossover on the Russian market is 5,289,900 rubles (excluding current promotions and programs).
