American company Rezvani Motors has unveiled a striking new model with a carbon fiber body, whose voluptuous forms barely hint at the original Lamborghini Huracan beneath. The Italian car's chassis has been comprehensively upgraded for high-speed off-road driving, and a supercharger has been bolted onto the 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine.
The mid-engine Lamborghini Huracan supercar, produced from 2014 to 2024, had a limited factory off-road version called the Sterrato, but the Rezvani Dune is a completely different caliber: a true off-road monster in the spirit of rally-raid vehicles. Rezvani does not disclose which version of the Huracan serves as the basis for the Dune — likely one of the purely road-going variants. In any case, the extent of modifications is very substantial.
All exterior panels of the Rezvani Dune are new, made from carbon fiber, and the signature armor plating typical of Rezvani SUVs is not offered here, as dynamic performance takes priority. The headlights and taillights are also new, with three additional powerful LED spotlights positioned between the headlights. A wide air intake runs along the center of the roof, with massive roof rails mounted on the edges. The rear features two large exhaust outlets, echoing the LED rings of the taillights. The body width reaches 2235 mm.
The chassis of the Rezvani Dune is also new, with reinforced control arms, a wider track, significantly increased suspension travel, and high-energy-absorbing shock absorbers. Ground clearance, thanks to 31-inch knobby tires mounted on 20-inch wheels, has been increased by 152 mm to 279 mm, with an approach angle of 25 degrees and a departure angle of 35 degrees. The underbody is protected by metal skid plates.
On the stock Lamborghini Huracan, the 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 gasoline engine produces a maximum of 640 hp and 600 Nm (on the Sterrato version: 610 hp and 565 Nm), while on the Rezvani Dune, its output has been increased to 811 hp and 1064 Nm thanks to the addition of a supercharger. The transmission is standard — a 7-speed dual-clutch automated manual. All-wheel drive is claimed to be permanent, but its configuration has not been disclosed. On the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, power to the front wheels is distributed via a Haldex coupling, and the rear differential is supplemented with a mechanical lock. The driver of the Rezvani Dune has several driving modes at their disposal, including settings for sand, mud, snow, and rocks.
The interior of the Rezvani Dune is essentially the same as that of the Lamborghini Huracan, but with new upholstery in leather and suede, round ventilation vents instead of hexagonal ones, and a Rezvani emblem on the steering wheel hub instead of the Lamborghini emblem.
Rezvani plans to produce only seven examples of the Dune. The price has not yet been announced, but pre-orders can be placed with a modest initial deposit of $1,500.
